Good news everyone! I’ve been given some invitations to Joost Beta and I thought I’d give one away here.
Since there’s so many people out there who want an invite I’ll try to make it interesting. Have you got an elevator pitch about yourself ready. Leave it here as a comment and by next Monday I’ll send the invitation out to the best one. Obviously leave your email as well otherwise no invitation!
Don’t worry I won’t be the only judge, I’ll make sure to put together a jury of the top people… I’ll find in a pub.

I should get a joost invite and this is why:
I am a long time fan of online streaming, since i can only watch 12 channels on my home tv. I have tried youtube, dailymotion, and everything else. Recently i stumbled upon stage6divx and was stunned at the high quality! Now i can’t go back to flv streams.
Today i learned about joost and i want to check it out! I think there should be no better candidate better than me to get a joost invite. Somebody else might not even know what the heck they are doing. I plan to run it on my laptop and try it out on my modded xbox which has linux installed!
in conclusion you could be wasting your invite on some ungrateful person who will probably diss the this fine piece of software within minutes of playing around with it. I on the other hand have a use and great need for it!

Well, I’ve been looking into online TV streaming for a while, mostly because I am a college student, and maybe because I spend a lot of time getting carried away on the internet– like most of us. So with the power of Joost, I will be able to continue my urge to learn and understand and, waste my time. I guess. But honestly, what else is TV for? Even internet TV? We’ve come a long way from dial-up and spending days to download grandmas pictures, to now– where it takes longer to drag the pictures to the garbage. Anyway, I would appreciate an invite. Thanks
