I dont know why everyone says the game is almost perfect. Ive played lot of rpg but this game has some akward strat for the ai. It doesnt have any lets play it settings there all really in depth else you end up with your party getting killed.

For instance no matter what command I use for the others they will run out and get killed letting me do the fighting. Often you have to keep clicking select all party members because it will unselect! At times the ai (other party members) will stand there letting you fight when they dont wander off. Choosing hold ground or free movement doesnt stop it.

I thought NWN did a good job with controls compaired to Dragon Age. As now I think its almost unplayable I waiste $50

Then there is the textures. Bad low end textures on a game that marketed as looking nice. This on a ATI HD 4850 with 1gb ram and the game setting high as the go 1680x1050.

The AI needs patched textures need updated.

I would wait while and see if atari give the $ to do it. I listened to the hype and now I have to wait and hope. The good thing gamestop gives $40 for trade in on Dragon Age.
